IFBB Pro Anton Ratushnyi, 2026 Mr. Olympia qualifier, 2x pro show winner, youngest NPC Nationals champion in 57 years, will peak for a mock competition while you and 14 other elite-level coaches document, analyze, and learn the exact protocols that separate regional coaches from prep specialists.
5 meals per day. Posing every 3 hours. Each coach will make mock-live adjustments and we will review and teach in real time. Then see my live adjustments based on what the body is showing. Full transparency into every micro-decision from 2 days out to show day.
And you'll do it alongside the highest-level coaches in the industry building relationships, exchanging insights, and creating a network that extends far beyond these 4 days.
